Excellent communication from the very first call, through the planning process and all the way to the execution of the work, Alan was the expert who came out to our office and very carefully planned our master key system, then he rekeyed all the doors and provided 2 key copies for each door and 5 master keys that opens all doors, Alan was absolutely fantastic and very easy to work with, we are so glad we call Chicago Safe & Lock and would definitely have them take care of all our business locksmith needs!
