The only key fob for my 2017 Ford Explorer stopped working and Simon was the tech who came to my rescue. He made me a new one right on the spot and on top of that managed to reprogram the old one and save it as well. The entire process took under an hour in total and bot fobs work perfectly, very professional and super friendly service, I highly recommend it!
