Ram was absolutely a lifesaver tonight! I insert the wrong key into my apartment deadbolt lock and broke it inside when turning it. I was so stressed and at a total lost as to how to fix it. My neighbor suggested I should call a locksmith and referred me to Chicago Safe & Lock. Andy the came over 20 minutes after I called them and was able to extract the broken key pieces out and to pick the lock, he managed to get it done within 15 minutes and he didn’t leave before he made sure the right key was working! Excellent service, absolutely recommend this guy!
