I called Chicago Safe & Lock after My deadbolt lock didn’t respond at all, the key literally turns inside the lock but the bolt was not moving. Andy was the technician who came for my rescue, he arrived on time and fixed the problem, he also rekeyed the locks and made two extra keys.
