I got locked out of my new apartment, so I called Chicago Safe & Lock! It was Sunday morning so I was skeptic about how long I am gonna wait for them to arrive but believe it or not Simon arrived 15 minutes after I hung up the phone!!! Promptly he got me back in charged me reasonably and gave me some free advice about how to avoid this situations in the future. Great guy very kind and very professional! Thank you Simon!
