We had a door at our office that wouldn’t latch properly and it was almost impossible to lock. Brandon came out and inspected the issue, he explained that the door was slightly misaligned and quoted his price for the repair upfront, the price was reasonable and he immediately start to work, he adjusted the hinges and the strike plate perfectly and after he finished the door was locking perfectly.
