Fantastic customer service and the technician showed up the same day, he managed to quickly diagnose our problem and fix our front door deadbolt lock, he also made some adjustment to the lock strike plate too and now locking the door is so smooth and easy, would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

I had an old deadbolt lock that was hard to turn and last night when I came back from work it finally stopped working, Chicago Safe & Lock technician came out and replaced that same night, he worked quickly and was done in less than half an hour, he made sure the new lock works properly and charged me a very reasonable price, high quality service definitely recommend this company.
