I was having some issues replacing a broken door handle.
I had purchased a new handle set at Lowe's, but pretty much struggled to install it.
Simon set up the appointment and called me to confirm his arrival when he was on his way.
He fixed one jammed deadbolt lock, and rekeyed 3 other locks inside the house too.

Simon was amazing and literally saved me last night! I was getting panicked last night when I lost my car keys and couldn't get an answer from the 2 locksmith companies I've called, but when I reached out to Chicago Safe and Lock and got Simon over the phone I was start to feel better, he promised to come over within 30 minutes and he took all me car details as well. He arrive after 20 minutes and it took him less than half an hour to cut and program a new key for my car, outstanding service very friendly and professional.
