Very kind and polite, reasonably priced and super fast service. Called this morning and Simon showed up early afternoon. He rekeyed 5 locks in less than an hour. Excellent service, I'm very pleased and I will definitely recommend this company.

I moved into a new apartment  and wanted to replace all the locks and get a smart keypad lock for the front door, Simon was the technician who came on behalf of Chicago Safe & Lock, great guy, super friendly and quite easy to deal with, he arrived promptly at the scheduled hour and provided a very reasonable quote, then he got to work and finished everything within an hour, Simon was so kind and patient, he took the time to explain how to set up the smart keypad deadbolt and I’m really grateful for that, excellent service absolutely worthy of the five-star review!
