I hired Chicago Safe & Lock to rekey my home with amazing results, they came right out and the technician was so nice to work with. The price was fair and the dispatcher took the info over the phone through photos I sent with SMS. The technician completed the job onsite and I’m so happy to discover this local company.

Ram was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. He was able to fix my front door locks just by rekeying them and by that only saved me lot s of money on getting new locks, highly recommend Ram, very honest and reliable guy, thanks again!

Andy showed up on time, quickly quoted his price, which was fair and reasonable and did a great job replacing the locks on my apartment front door and installing high security locks instead the old ones. There was a breaking-in attempt on one of the first  floor apartments couple days ago and I didn't want to take any chances just for the fact that I've never changed the locks since I moved into this apartment 2 years ago. I really enjoyed working with Andy and I would be recommending his work!

We had no idea how many people had keys to the property we had just moved into and we needed to rekey all the locks and even replace couple faulty ones. Adam did a great job changing and rekeying our new home and we are very happy with the results, he was very efficient and walked us clearly through everything he was doing, the price was very reasonable we certainly enjoyed working with him and would absolutely recommend him.

Alan from Chicago Safe & Lock quickly sent his quote by mail and it was the most competitive price we've got, setting up the appointment was quick and easy and he did a fantastic job installing a panic push bar on the back exit of our shop to meet the insurance demands and safety regulations. Alan was very professional and it was real pleasure doing business with him, great experience, highly recommended!

I was looking for someone reliable and affordable to change both my front and back door locks and install upgraded high security locks instead, Bradley from Chicago Safe & Lock was the locksmith technician who came out and he gave me a great deal for the entire project, then it took him about an hour to complete the job, and before he left he made sure everything was working perfect, I am very grateful for their wonderful customer service and would absolutely recommend this company!
