After one of our employees was terminated we were concerned about missing office keys and decided to rekey all the locks at that floor. We called Chicago Safe & Lock based on the great reputation and Jacob came out the same day with one hour's notice. He did a great job, gave us 2 new keys per each lock and also made a master key that opens them all. Jacob was very efficient, respectful and reasonably priced, we wont hesitate to hire again and would absolutely recommend him.

Andy showed up quickly, just 15 minutes of my call and had a great solution for me after I found my self locked out because I left my keys at the office, the problem was that on the front door were installed high security deadbolt that cannot be picked, but not on the back door, so instead of drilling and destroying the lock on the front door he managed to pick the back door quite easily, Andy was absolutely amazing and very helpful, highly recommend him!
