I called Chicago Safe & Lock and after only 15 minutes their technician was at my house. He tried to pick the front door but after almost 10 minutes minutes without any luck he suggested the backyard door which worked after a few minutes.. such a sincere and professional guy, he was doing everything to avoid drilling the locks.
