Outstanding lock rekey service! Eli came out the same day within an hour after I've called. He managed to rekey 10 commercial lever locks and to make 20 new keys for my employees and a master key for me all under 2 hours. Will absolutely recommend and use again. Thanks again Eli!
This review is for the great customer service, I called Chicago Lock & Safe in the middle of the night because I couldn't open my safe beacuse I needed passport for a trip in the morning. Rami came after 30 min and was able to get it open. I very much appreciate him taking the my call at late night time.
