Last Saturday night, I was visiting friends and unfortunately locked myself out of my car, I forgot the keys inside the ignition. I called two different locksmith companies that say their technician will call back but never did. This company managed to send Jacob, their technician, within half an hour. Service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use again, and recommend to all my friend and family.

Excellent fast and professional service!
We had to rekey our rental unit as quickly as possible and Chicago Safe & Lock has delivered.
Exceptional customer service ! Professional and reasonable service ! We will never hire another locksmith again !

My key broke off and was stuck inside the lock when I wanted to leave for work this morning. I had to call and say I'm going to be late again... I tried to get the broken piece out myself but without the right tools it seems like an impossible mission! I called 2 other companies before talking to these guys just to get a 2 hours window ETA. But these guys were able to send a technician within 30 minutes and Eli showed up after 20 minutes and saved the day!!! Excellent and super fast service. Highly recommend!

I called few companies and ask for a price to get a car key replacement for my 2016 Honda Accord and Chicago Safe & Lock quote beat them all not to mention about half the price I was quoted at the dealership!!
Very easy to deal with, I quickly set up an appointment and Simon was here exactly on time. Very professional and very thorough he quickly got it done and made sure it was perfectly working. Such a great experience, highly recommend them!

My issue with the lock wasn't urgent but the technician from Chicago Lock & Safe was able to come after few hours of my call. Great pricing and the overall service was amazing, Rami fixed the lock and now its working, I've never called a locksmith before but if I ever need  again, I will call Rami again

Amazing service and very personable care, I had Andy cutting and programming 2 new keys for my Dodge Ram pickup truck after I lost my original and only copy, Andy was very responsive, resourceful and highly professional, he got it done within 30 minutes and his price was cheaper then any other place I've check, that includes 2 different dealerships, so if you're looking for a reliable and reasonably price car key replacement services you should definitely call this guy!

We had a door at our office that wouldn't latch properly and it was almost impossible to lock. Brandon came out and inspected the issue, he explained that the door was slightly misaligned and quoted his price for the repair upfront, the price was reasonable and he immediately start to work, he adjusted the hinges and the strike plate perfectly and after he finished the door was locking perfectly. Brandon's honesty and high skills are worth mentioned and we will definitely recommend his work.

Brandon is a true lifesaver, not only he showed up quickly to unlock my pickup truck, but he also cat and programmed a new key fob right on the spot and at a very good price, Brandon showed up on time, was very professional and respectful, got the job done fast and was totally kind and friendly, I highly recommend Brandon and Chicago Safe & Lock!
