We called Chicago Safe & Lock to rekey our new house and they left me extremely satisfied, excellent customer service, responsive and easy to work with, Simon the technician showed up on time and was very reasonable and totally affordable, price was quoted upfront and before the work began, and the whole procedure was over in less than an hour, Simon is very professional and straightforward, but also also very friendly guy and fun to work with, we're very happy with their service and would totally recommend them!
