I made a huge mistake and locked myself out of apartment, luckily I still had my cellphone on me and was able to call a locksmith. Ram was the guy who was sent to help me, he showed up quickly, very polite and friendly guy, he was very efficient and managed to open the door within minutes. He charged me what they have quoted over the phone and was went on his way, great service very reliable and highly recommended!

I used Chicago Safe & Lock couple of times on both it was Alan who came to help me, in the first time he helped me getting back into my car, and yesterday he came over my house and replace several old locks, in both occasions Alan showed up on time, was very professional and work promptly, his pricing was upfront very clear and totally affordable and he very kind and friendly, i would absolutely recommend this guy and would not hesitate to call him with any future need, thanks again Alan.
