Super quick response, Amir was here after 15 minutes of my initial call! Very detailed explanation about the Kwikset SmartKey deadbolt lock which can't be picked and because of that Amir had to drill it to get in. It took him less than 5 minutes and the door was open! He also installed a new deadbolt instead the drilled one and he charged me a very reasonable price for it!

Simon was very responsive and came out to help me with a broken handle door lock. Simon work was absolutely fantastic and the price was also very reasonable, he didn't try to sell me a new lock instead of fixing the existing one and was very honest and reliable, would definitely recommend him
