I had the best experience with Chicago Safe & Lock customer service team, and field service technician. I was so very pleased with the fact that they managed to get a technician out so quickly. Tom, the technician, was very professional, super friendly, and courteous. He was able to rekey 5 locks at a very fast timely manner, and at a great price too!! Dedicated, honest, and hard working staff, can't thank them enough!!

We've used Chicago Safe & Lock to rekey all the locks at our house few times over the past 10 years. They were always on time, done the job perfectly, and been kind and friendly!

Rami came right when I called, I have expensive door lock for my store so I called Chicago Lock & Safe for rekey service, thankful Rami knew exactly how to rekey the lock and also set the code for the combination free of charge. He was very knowledgeable and I will recommend and use hem again for every locksmith job I need in my business.

Ram was amazing and responded quickly, he came out to change a faulty deadbolt and was able to fix it instead. Fair pricing and super friendly service. Definitely 5 Stars from me!
