My key broke off and was stuck inside the lock when I wanted to leave for work this morning. I had to call and say I'm going to be late again... I tried to get the broken piece out myself but without the right tools it seems like an impossible mission! I called 2 other companies before talking to these guys just to get a 2 hours window ETA. But these guys were able to send a technician within 30 minutes and Eli showed up after 20 minutes and saved the day!!! Excellent and super fast service. Highly recommend!

My issue with the lock wasn't urgent but the technician from Chicago Lock & Safe was able to come after few hours of my call. Great pricing and the overall service was amazing, Rami fixed the lock and now its working, I've never called a locksmith before but if I ever need  again, I will call Rami again

Amazing service and very personable care, I had Andy cutting and programming 2 new keys for my Dodge Ram pickup truck after I lost my original and only copy, Andy was very responsive, resourceful and highly professional, he got it done within 30 minutes and his price was cheaper then any other place I've check, that includes 2 different dealerships, so if you're looking for a reliable and reasonably price car key replacement services you should definitely call this guy!
