I had a technician coming out to my new office in Oak Lawn to rekey my locks.
He came on time, did the an excellent job, and was very quick and efficient.
My front door deadbolt lock was a bit jammed and he fixed it without any cost.

Rami was wonderful, he was very patient when I wanted to rekey my locks and I had an expansive lock so I didn’t want to replace it. It was impossible to rekey it so he offered me a a new same lock for the same price like rekey. I was shocked from the price and how efficient and quick he was, super friendly technician and very helpful thank you.

I called Chicago Safe & Lock after My deadbolt lock didn't respond at all, the key literally turns inside the lock but the bolt was not moving. Andy was the technician who came for my rescue, he arrived on time and fixed the problem, he also rekeyed the locks and made two extra keys. Very professional service from now on Andy is my official go-to locksmith, highly recommend him!
