I was having trouble with the deadbolt on the connecting door from the garage to my house and called these guys for help, they've managed to send a technician right away and Brandon showed up within the hour, was super professional and quick. He figured out that the lock had been installed wrong by a previous locksmith and got it fixed properly. The price he charged was fair and I’m really happy with the result, definitely be using their services again!

After one of our employees was terminated we were concerned about missing office keys and decided to rekey all the locks at that floor. We called Chicago Safe & Lock based on the great reputation and Jacob came out the same day with one hour's notice. He did a great job, gave us 2 new keys per each lock and also made a master key that opens them all. Jacob was very efficient, respectful and reasonably priced, we wont hesitate to hire again and would absolutely recommend him.

Andy showed up quickly, just 15 minutes of my call and had a great solution for me after I found my self locked out because I left my keys at the office, the problem was that on the front door were installed high security deadbolt that cannot be picked, but not on the back door, so instead of drilling and destroying the lock on the front door he managed to pick the back door quite easily, Andy was absolutely amazing and very helpful, highly recommend him!

They offered the best price out of five different companies for a master key rekeying project at our business, Amir was the expert who accurately planed, designed and executed everything, he worked hard to get the job done the same day and was absolutely amazing, everything is working perfectly and Amir really exceeded all our expectations, thank you so much!

Andy was incredibly useful, he helped me with new car keys for my 2020 Suburban after I lost mine, not only he gave me a much better deal than the dealer, but was able to come an hour after I called his office, job was done in about 30 minutes and new key works like a charm, couldn't be more happy how everything went, and would definitely call him for help with any future locksmith need!
