Purchased a new electronic keypad smart lock online, and needed it installed. Called 3 different locksmith companies, and Chicago Safe & Lock team was the most responsive, courteous, and friendly. Schedule an appointment was a piece of cake, and Simon, the tech who came to do the job, was extremely friendly and honest... great guy to work with! So happy with my new lock, Definitely recommend!
